Integrated preparatory cycle

The advantages of ELISA Aerospace's integrated preparatory program (2 years) :

1

An adapted course
in ELISA 1 to consolidate skills acquired in the final year of high school and ensure a smooth progression through the cycle.

2

Promoting
the spirit of hard work and rigor
CPGE1 and CPGE 2 programs, particularly in mathematics and physics.

3

Opening up to aeronautics and
space
with a broad engineering sciences theme (theoretical training for the private pilot’s license, introduction to astronautics, aeronautics, programming, etc.).

4

First dive into the world of the food industry
4 to 8 weeks
enabling them to discover and apply their knowledge

Objectives of the integrated preparatory course
  • Mastering the basic sciences
  • Acquire initial skills in the general field of engineering
  • A gateway to aeronautics and space
  • Developing interpersonal skills and opening up to the business world

ELISA 1 - First year of integrated preparatory cycle

Although mathematics and the basic sciences in general take pride of place in the preparatory cycle, from the first year onwards, students are introduced to the world of aeronautical and space engineering through design offices and dedicated subjects.

Company discovery internship

A four- to eight-week “company discovery” internship begins in July, during the integrated preparatory cycle (ELISA 1 or 2). This allows students to gain an insight into the inner workings of the company through a work-type position. The theme, preferably technical, is left to the student’s choice before validation by the pedagogical department.

Company discovery internship

ELISA Aerospace includes in its initial training curriculum courses to prepare for the private pilot license
. The theoretical part of the course, taught by
from the world of professional aviation
takes place over the two years of the integrated preparatory cycle.

This course enables engineering students to
enrich their technical and practical know-how
to better conceptualize the expectations of all those involved in the aeronautics industry (technicians, engineers, pilots, air traffic controllers).

THE PRACTICAL PPL/A OPTION

The practical part, optional* (theory test, practical training and official PPL practical test) is entrusted to a professional ATO flying school or an aeroclub.

* The PPL practical option is not included in the tuition fees.
